An honest word about size. Good Company is new and growing, so we won't claim a huge audience — that wouldn't be honest. Does it cost anything to post?
No — posting is free. Optional paid upgrades (a Verified-business badge, a Featured listing) exist, but they're never required and never reorder the honest results.
What are the rules for a listing?
Real roles only, an honest salary range (no vague "competitive"), and no pay-to-apply. Scam or misleading listings are removed to protect members.
Can I apply my company branding?
You add your company or organisation name and details on the listing. A Verified-business badge is an optional, honest signal of identity — not a guarantee or endorsement of the role.
I'm a recruiter, not the direct employer — is that OK?
Yes, as long as the role is real, the pay is disclosed, and you're honest about who's hiring. You can mark who the job is posted by.
